This machine is suitable for BOPPPETCPPPVCaluminum foil, paper etc. like the base material for reel-fed to slitting.
Main specification:
1 machine is controled by import PLC (three vector motor), and adopt touch screen man machine interface to operate.
2 unwinding transmission adopt vector frequency conversion motor, auto-account the diameter of material unwinding to tension control by PLC.
3 traction transmission adopt vector frequency conversion motor, to show line speed control.
4 inwinding transmission adopt vector frequency conversion motor and magnetism powder clutch, auto-account the diameter of material inwinding to tension taper angle control by PLC.
5 inwinding, unwinding adopt shaftless core (air shaft), clamp by thread pole, elasticity by electromotion.
6 rectifying execute is static type, moving stroke is 120mm.
7 slitting adopt round knife and piece knife.
8 system has meter, roll diameter account and stop material protect function, show stable meter, roller diameter slitting.
