The TF-G solventless coating,3 layer laminating Machine is produced with international advanced coating technology integrated with our many years of experiences in manufacturing coating machine, it is suitable for manufacturing sticker pearl filmadhesive tapeOPPPETcraft paperaluminum filmhot stamping film laser film transfer film gold and silver paperboard which need coating and laminating.

FUNCTION AND CHARACTERISTICS

1.It is provided with stepless regulation cylinder of American Emerson frequency converter realizing synchronous speed regulation of drawing roller with anilox roller.

2. It is provided with anilox roller plus blade for coating mode, and also provided with many selection opportunities of anilox roller with various coating amount

3.There is applied with moveable blade device

4.It is provided with separate multi-section type with infrared stainless and constant temperature drying system using semicon tube plus heating wind,as well as adjustable interior circulation air device,it is advantageous in strong wind exit and wind entrance helping drying thoroughly.

5.Guiding roller in oven will synchronously rotates with main shaft.

6.Pneumatic aperated valve controlling is adopted for veins roller and intension roller.Open oven and trans-film controller.

7.Unwinding and rewinding rollers adopt air shaft, its convenient to load and unload material.

8.Comma doctor blade is adopt pneumatic cylinder.

9.The whole machine adopts programmable PLC to control tension,which with man-machine interface.
