In combination of advanced technology and experience, this kind of machine is suitable for coating and laminating products like sticker, pear film, adhesive tape, OPP, PET, kraft paper, aluminum foil, hot stamping film, laser film, transfer film, gold and silver paperboard etc.

FUNCTION ANH CHARACTER:

1) Frequency poleless speed-adjusting large drum, traction roller and anilox roller (cobweb coating), which are adopted in synchronous.

2) Two coating method:A cobweb coating method, adjustable coating scope, coating quantity from 1 gram to  15 gram; B Comma scraper coating method, adjustable coating scope, coating quantity from 1 gram to 500 gram.

3) Scraper equipment of movement type, which adopt cylinder pressing.

4) Four segment independent constant temperature, adjustable inner circulation inspiration and exhaust equipment. Strong intaking and exhausting air, completed drying.

5) Coating and laminating device is linkage drived by double-frequency converter. Guide pulley is drived by timing belt to make sure synchronization and material distortion reduction. Open-door type baking oven in two sides and film coating operation panel.

6) Coating roller and traction press roller are controlled by pneumatic electromagnetic valve.

8) The first and second unwinding unit are both hydraulic rectified by EPC. Bonding subformula air expansion shaft, convenient operation for loading and unloading material.

9) The whole machine is controlled by automatic tension device.

10) Laminating device is back pressing three-rollers type with high precision. Laminating rollers adopt outside circulation heating device so that more uniform heating and more flat and leveling about laminating film through cooling roller.
