FUNCTIONS AND CHARACTER:

Heating method adopt heat conduction, intaking hot air type drying system ; which adopt heat conduction heating box cooling fin exchanger. Adjustable inner circulation inspiration and exhaust equipment. Strong intaking and exhausting air, equality tempreture,completed drying.

5) Coating and laminating device is linkage drived by double-frequency converter. Guide pulley is drived by timing belt to make sure synchronization and material distortion reduction. Open-door type baking oven in two sides and film coating operation panel.

6) Coating roller and traction press roller are controlled by pneumatic electromagnetic valve.

7) Automatic meter counter.

8) unwinding and rewinding unit are both hydraulic rectified by EPC. Bonding subformula air expansion shaft, convenient operation for loading and unloading material.
