FUNCTION ANH CHARACTE:

1.It is provided with stepless regulation cylinder of American Emerson frequency converter realizing synchronous speed regulation of drawing roller with anilox roller.

2.It is provided with anilox roller plus blade for coating mode, and also provided with many selection opportunities of anilox roller with various coating amount

3.There is applied with moveable blade device

4.It is provided with separate multi-section type constant temperature drying system using semiconductor tube plus heating wind, as well as adjustable interior circulation air device ,it is advantageous in strong wind exit and wind entrance helping drying thoroughly

5.Guiding roller in oven will synchronously rotates with main shaft, equipped with opened oven and trans-membrance controller.

6.pneumatic operated valve controlling is adopted for anilox roller and drawing roller.
